Belgrade / May 20, 2018 / Qatar's Ambassador to Serbia H.E. Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Al-Thani attended the inauguration of Montenegro’s new President Mr. Milo Djukanovic, held at the old Montenegrian Capital of Cetinje.

H.E. the Ambassador conveyed greetings of H.H. Sheikh Tamim bin Hamada Al-Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar along with best wishes to the President of Montenegro.
