Advice for nationals of the State of Qatar who wish to visit the Republic of Serbia:

• Comply with the laws and regulations of host country and adhere to travel regulation.
• Upon entering Serbia the amount of foreign currency you are carrying is to be reported to the customs officers.
• Contact the Embassy of the State of Qatar upon arrival to the Republic of Serbia.
• Keep official documents and personal valuables in a safe place.
• Avoid leaving your passport or ID card as guarantee for receiving certain services (ex. rental bikes) in order to preserve them from fraud.
• Do not go to suspicious places.
• Take into account that there are many unlicensed taxis working illegally in the vicinity of the International Airport in Belgrade. In order to avoid fraud, you may buy a voucher from the information desk at the airport containing the official prices for taxi services which can only be used for the first taxi in line at the arrivals area. Also, licensed taxis have the sign (TX) on their registration plates.
