His Excellency Mr. Faris Roumi Al-Naimi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Belgrade, accredited to Montenegro (non-resident), attended the Independence Day Reception hosted by H.E. Mr. Dritan Abazovic, Prime Minister of Montenegro, in Podgorica on May19, 2023.
