His Excellency Mr. Faris Roumi Al-Naimi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Belgrade, accredited to Montenegro (non-resident), attended the inauguration ceremony of the President of Montenegro H.E. Mr. Jakov Milatovic, in Podgorica on May 20, 2023.
