His Excellency Mr. Faris Roumi Al-Naimi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Belgrade, accredited to Montenegro (non-resident), attended the Annual Diplomatic Corps Dinner hosted by H.E. Mr. Jakov Milatovic, President of Montenegro, in Cetinje on December 5, 2023.
