Belgrade / April 19, 2018 / Qatar's Ambassador to Serbia H.E. Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Al-Thani attended the celebration marking 150 Years of the Islamic Community of Serbia.

The event was attended by high ranking officials in the Government of the Republic of Serbia, as well as heads of diplomatic missions, public figures and representatives of the political and religious spheres of the Republic of Serbia.

Reis-ul-ulema Sead Nasufovic noted in his speech during the event that Serbia must learn from the mistakes of the past and strive towards achieving peace and tolerance among people regardless of their ethnicity or religion.
